"The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing."
-- Edmund Burke

5)  Confidence

You may be a confident person or you may not.  You may have

confidence in some areas and not in others.  I’m  confident about teaching

Algebra in a lecture hall loaded with 140 students.  But, I wouldn’t be very

confident about trying to become a bikini model.  I’m over 40.  The boat has

sailed on that one, people!  There’s only so much you can do with Photoshop.

It sure seems like some people were just born confident, doesn’t it?  You

see them walking around school acting like they've got it all together.  Their

head is held high as they say “hey” to just about everyone they pass.  In

reality, they're probably just better at ACTING confident and, on the inside,

they may feel differently.  You never know how a person is really feeling.

Whether you are confident in some areas or not at all, the great thing is

that you can build your confidence by working on your creativity, learning

how to think and figure things out and learning how to self-teach.  Hey, that’s

1-3 on our list!  How convenient.  It’s almost like      I planned it or something!
