The formula for converting Celcius to Fahrenheit is F=9/5C+32. To convert from Celcius to Fahrenheit, first multiply by 9, then divide by 5, then add 32. To convert from Fahrenheit to Celcius, first subtract 32, then divide by 9, then multiply by 5.
