But, can you graph it?

I'll get you started, the you can finish it off:

We just graph y = 3^( x ) ...  then switch the x's and y's to graph
 the inverse!

For y = 3^( x )

x: -1 , 0 , 1 ... y: 3^( -1 ) = ( 1 / 3 ) , 3^( 0 ) = 1 , 3^( 1 ) = 3

graph of y = 3^( x ) ... includes the points ( -1 , 1 / 3 ) , ( 0 , 1 ) and ( 1 , 3 )

YOUR TURN:

Graph y = log to the base 4( x )
